As producers, we maintain full control of the entire process - from our fig orchards to final packaging.
Drying is carried out naturally under the Greek sun, and each batch is handled and inspected multiple times to ensure cleanliness, careful fruit selection, and strict quality standards.

Due to limited production volumes, availability is seasonal and quantities are limited.
